To become a Banker in BitLife, the player needs to study Finance at Univesity. If you have decent smart stats and a degree in Finance, you can easily become the Banker. And, to unlock the Banker career achievement, you need to work as Banker for about 20 years. So the two requirements that you need to get this job are; adequate smart stats and a college degree in Finance. If you meet these two requirements, you will get approved for this job. Have Good Health, Smart, And Happiness Stats⇓
Among all these three, your smart stats score should be over 85 so that you can get approved for the University to study Finance – because if you are not smart enough, the University might decline your application. The two other stats; health and happiness should be at least average – if health is low, chances are you may catch a disease that may lead you to an uncertain situation – that would not be good. Happiness – low happiness score increases the chances of a depression state. So start with a character who has good smart stats, average happiness/health score. And, as per our experience, looks don’t matter.
- Stuy Harder in the school to increase smart score
- Visit the library to maintain the smart score
- Do meditation for good health
- Talk with parents, give a compliment to teachers, go on a family vacation for a decent happiness score
Education Qualifications To Become A Banker⇓
As mentioned above, you have to study Finance at the university to get a Banker job. So after you pass out from school, take Finance as the main career subject at the University. If it’s not there, head to the community college and pass out from there. After that, check the University’s subjects again – if Finance still not available, restart with a new life.
Look For The Job – Banker(Bank)⇓
After graduating with a Finance degree, it’s time to look for a job. Navigate to the Job menu -> Jobs -> find the Banker job; apply – pass the interview -> keep working hard for the next 20 years – get promoted to Sr. Banker level and complete the Banker career achievement. If the Banker job is not available, then you will need to shuffle the Job listings; close the app and open it again or restart the game – this will shuffle the job listings. Keep doing the same steps until you see the Banker job.
Play Carefully For The Next 20 Years⇓
After getting the Banker job – make sure to answer the event questions carefully – because your boss can expel you from the job anytime. As a Banker, you will encounter a lot of events; your bank was recently robbed and you are asked what you think the bank should do to prevent it from happening again, co-workers prank, your boss asks you to put extra hours in work, etc. Make sure to answer these types of questions carefully if you don’t want to lose the job.
