In Disney Mirrorverse, you can obtain Mulan by opening the crystals; Stellar Crystal, Famed Crystal, and Timekeeper Crystal.
Is Mulan Good?

Dual Blades – Core Ability
Mulan’s basic attacks can hit all enemies in a wide arc in front of her.
If Mulan has no DEFENSE buffs, her heavy attacks grant a 30% DEFENSE buff for X6 seconds.
Ancestral SWORDS – Special Ability
Mulan inflicts 180% DMG per second for X5 seconds to all enemies within range.
Heaven’s Deflector – Signature Ability, unlocks at a 4-star rating
Whenever Mulan activates her special ability, she gains 20% armor.

Unlocks at level 20. If Mulan hits multiple enemies with a Basic Attack, she gains a 20% attack buff for X10 seconds. This buff does not stack.
Strong Spirit
Unlocks at level 20. Whenever Mulan activates her special ability, she gains a 40% defense buff for the duration of the special ability. This buff does not stack.

Honorable and extremely proficient with a sword. Mulan is a hundred warriors in one. Her fighting spirit has been heightened, so she can call on the combined knowledge of her ancestors, the greatest heroes of her lineage.
