In this Dynasty Scrolls tier list, we are going to showcase the heroes tier ranking. We have ranked heroes in these tiers; tier 0, tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, tier 4, tier 5, and tier 6. The ranking criteria is like this: tier 0 heroes are the top-tier OP/Meta, then tier 1 > tier 2 > tier 3> tier 4> tier 5> tier 6. In the tier 1 list, we have put the best characters, tier 2 list will show you the heroes that do well but they are not OP/best. Tier 3 heroes are also good but not as good as tier 0/1/2. Dynasty Scrolls Tier List: Tier 2 Heroes⇓

In this Dynasty Scrolls tier list part, we are going to showcase the list of heroes that are not OP/Best but quite good. You can expect them to beat powerful enemies and pass hard stages in the game. If you don’t have OP/Meta tier heroes that we have listed in tier 0 or tier 1, but you do have these tier 2 heroes, we would advise you to invest in them.
