The best Oyster Cookie toppings build would be X5 swift chocolate toppings, aiming to reduce the very long skill cooldown of Oyster Cookie[17 seconds]. Oyster Cookie can deploy more soldiers on the battlefield if you go with this build. Please do note that if you go with this(a full cooldown) build, the cookie will have low DMG resistance and survivability if there are no good tanks in the team. So, make sure your team is solid enough.

Oyster Cookie summons soldiers of House Oyster and increases the CRIT% and CRIT DMG for herself and nearby allies for a certain amount of time. The summoned soldiers will immediately charge at the enemies, inflicting DMG. The soldiers will have extra DEF until the HP of their shields hits zero. Their shields will also resist Knockback and Flying.
