How To Redeem Puzzles and Survival Codes?

Android: First things first – you can only redeem codes after completing the tutorial. After finishing all the tutorial steps, tap on the “MORE” option that’s in the lower-right corner of the main screen. Tapping the MORE button will show you two more options; leaderboard and settings. Tap on SETTINGS. Under the setting page, look for the “BOX” option. Tap the “BOX” Option. Input the code. All the codes are listed above. Redeem them and you will get the rewards immediately. 

iOS: If you are playing Puzzles and Survival on iOS, you need to follow these steps to redeem the codes: –

Step 1.)Visit the official code redemption website made by developers: https://gevents.37games.com/gamecode/index.html

Step 2.) Enter the server/state where you have created the character. You can find the server/state number by going to the game settings -> tap on the manage character option.

Step 3.) Enter character name. You can find the character name by tapping avatar in the top-left corner -> on the next page, you will find the name that you have given to the character. Tap on the pencil icon to change to the name.

    dinter have expired
    I tried redeeming some I wasn’t sure I had done yet or not and they had said “Redemption limit reached”. I don’t know if that means I redeemed them already or if only a certain number could be collected so I’m not listing those just in case they work for someone else still…I’ll try on an alt and update then.

        • I created a sub-account and tried it, but I was able to receive it.
          It’s not a problem with the code, but did you select the wrong country you belong to or enter the wrong name for your character?
          Or is it possible that one of your guild members typed it in for you?

          Codes, country numbers, character names, check these carefully and try again.
          If that didn’t work, I don’t know why, because I was able to use the code successfully on my sub-account.
