There are two ways to reroll in the game; one of these two might not work for all the players, so choose the other one. Seven Mortal Sins X Tasy Reroll Guide: The Reroll Process
Log in as a guest. Choose guest -> create account -> agree to EULA -> note the account and password -> sign in. Sign in success.

Go through the tutorial, claim the tutorial gacha, pre-registration rewards, beginner rewards from the mailbox, etc. Or, complete a few stages in the PvE mode for more gacha currency. Seven Mortal Sins X Tasy Reroll Guide: If You Don’t Get The Top-Tier Characters
If you don’t get the characters, you can reroll in Seven Mortal Sins X Tasy by clearing the current guest account. Head to the title/start screen. Tap the “My Account” button in the lower-right corner. Tap on account settings. Tap on Switch Account. Confirm. Tap on the guest account. Tap confirm. This will clear the sign-in data. Then tap on guest -> create an account. That’s how you reroll.
