Slime Isekai Memories Guide To Characters⇓
You will be using the battle characters to strike the enemies; PHY ATK, Magic ATK, while protection characters are for providing support to the battle characters. Check out the Wiki -> Team Compos part for more details on what protection characters are the best ones. When you start the battle, you will be asked to assign the characters to protection and battle slots. Make sure to assign the best protection character as its skill boost the whole party. For instance, Veldora Tempest(The Proud Kin of Dragons) increases all allies’ Water ATK at the start of the battle.
The battle characters possess battle skills and secret skills. As you progress through the battle, you will gain skill points, which you can use to activate the battle skill. The secret skill can be used once the secret skill gauge is at max value. When it reaches the max value, the Soul of Combos card gets available to you; select Soul of Comos to activate the secret skill.
Players can make their characters or companions through level upgrades, awakening(unlocks level cap and gives traits), skill-enhancing, and equipping the equipment.

Slime Isekai Memories Guide To Souls In Battle⇓
On the battle screen, you will find “Souls” at the bottom; long press on the soul to get details. These souls are classified into three types; Soul of Skills, Soul of Divine Protection, and Soul of Secrets. Tap them and make combos to strike enemies and gain points.
Soul of Skill gives you skill points, which are required to unleash the battle skills of characters. In the lower-left corner of the screen, tap on the “Skill button” to expand the skill menu. Tap on the battle skill to activate it.
Soul of Divine Protection fills up the protection gauge; when full, you can activate the protection character’s skill.
Soul of Secrets fills up the Secret Skill Gauge; when full, you can activate a secret skill.
Make sure to build and upgrade facilities in the nation region for freebies, new functions, and buffs.
