Ark Survival Evolved Mobile is a brand new survival game for Android and iOS by Studio Wildcard. The game challenges you to survive on a mysterious Island, full-of-friendly & dangerous creatures. How long does it take to build a city on this Island? You start from a thatched house and then a beautiful well-protected stone house. And at last, a city, your dino team, and then become the king of the forest. However, it’s a long process(difficult too). Get Started – The Basics – Ark Survival Evolved Mobile

Before we head to the guide, tips, cheats part, let’s learn the basics first. At the start of the game, you will find yourself on a mysterious Island where you are the only human. Ark Survival Evolved Mobile game features three game modes; PvP, PvE, and single player. PvP and PvE(multiplayer) guide is below. In single player, you just have to survive; no one will kill you(except dinosaurs), no one steals your structures. In multiplayer, you play against other players from all over the world.

The multiplayer mode is very dynamic, suppose, you played for 4 hours and created a well-polished house on the Island and after it, you leave the game. Now, you are offline. But not other players. They can slay down your body(when you are offline), they can steal or destroy the house you created(When you are offline). That’s the challenge. 1.) Ark Survival Evolved Mobile Walkthrough Android And iOS

The very first step you have to do in this game is creating a character. Once done, follow the on-screen instructions to start the game. For the first time, you will find yourself near a beach. You have nothing at the beginning of the game(except a map).

But nature has plenty of juicy resources that can be used in crafting and building and even for survival. The basic things required to keep the body alive is : –

• Food
• Water
• HP

Food can be obtained from the bushes; you can pick it with your hands(read the controlling guide below); no tool is required. And to avoid the parched situation or for water; go to the waterside. HP – HP can be reduced if you eat poisonous items or if you get hit by a dinosaur or due to climate change(cold, too much of work, no rest). You can recover HP by eating food(some food items heals the body, when you tap the food icon you can check the impact of it when you eat it) or the simplest situation is drinking a potion/beverage(watch the video ad and you could get it).

That’s it. If you maintain Health(HP), food, water, you are safe. The next objective is to level up(read the guide below). When you level up, you get access to more features(engrams).

After it, gather resources like fiber(from plants), wood(from trees), flint(from rocks), hide(kill creatures), metal(from rocks), thatch(from trees; banana, palm), and more to craft tools.

2.) Ark Survival Evolved Mobile Guide Android and iOS

In this part, we will learn about the controls, crafting, building, taming, leveling up, survival, engrams, multiplayer, respawn, and much more. Make sure to read everything.

• Controls Guide

Let’s learn all the gestures you can try on your touchscreen;

1. Swipe Up – Jump, Fly(Mounted/Riding a creature), Attack(Mounted/Riding a creature)
2. Swipe Down – Reload ammo, Land(Mounted)
3. Sprint – Double Tap to run fast
4. Tap and Hold(left side of the screen) – Walk
5. Swipe from the edge(left swipe) – Open hot bar/quick access/ hold down on the right side and swipe left
6. Simple Tap – Gather, use, attack, mount creature, activate
7. Tap and Hold(right side) – Open inventory, dismount creature and look around
8. Double Tap and Hold – Turret Fire(mounted), repeat gather, nock bow, attack with a slingshot
9. Double tap inventory item – Transfer Items from one side to another or move items to the hot bar
10. Mount – Single tap to mount(make sure you are looking at it)

• Inventory and Hot Bar Guide

At the top-left side of the screen, tap the bag icon to access inventory. If you double tap an item, it will be moved to the hot bar(quick access). You can move weapons like items to the hot bar to quick access.

• Leveling Up Guide

In Ark Survival Evolved Mobile game, when you gather resources or complete the quests(you can check quests at the top-right side of the screen), you earn XP. Go to the inventory tab -> head to the character tab -> there you can see XP bar. Collect enough XP and fill the bar. Once done, tap one of the character’s attributes(health, stamina, Oxygen, Food or more) and tap the level up button. You can level up fast if you complete the quests. Go to the inventory tab -> at the left side, you can check quests. If you are having trouble in completing a quest, then select it and tap the abandon option. • Engrams Guide

Without learning, you can not craft items in this game. So, to craft new items, you have to learn first and it can be done by using engram points. Go to the menu(tap the bag icon at the top-left corner) -> head to the third tab, engrams. Select an item you want to craft and learn it. Most of the items you cannot learn because of level restrictions. Level up to learn or access more items. After learning, you will be able to craft that item.

• Crafting Guide

Crafting is one of the main parts in Ark Survival Evolved Mobile game. Go to the menu(tap the bag icon at the top-left corner) and then go to the crafting tab. Tap an item you want to craft. You will be able to craft it if you have enough resources. When you tap an item, you can check the resources required for crafting. Tap the craft button. That’s it. The crafted item will move to the inventory.

• Building Guide

Go to the inventory, tap the item and place. Then hold down; drag and drop where you want to build it. Double tap to confirm. You can also destroy the items you have built; just look at it(aim) -> at the top-left corner, tap the destruct icon. You can also pick items like a sleeping bag(look at the item, then at the top-left corner, tap the pick-up icon or tap that item).

• Taming Guide

Want to pet dinosaurs? Taming is a good process and using it, you can build an ultimate dino team. However, it will increase your responsibilities. Once you tamed a dinosaur, you can ride on them, use it as a transport medium, or as an attacker. The tamed dinosaur will protect you from enemies. But they are not immortal, enemies can also kill tamed dinosaurs.

How To Tame Dinosaurs In Ark Survival Evolved Mobile game?

Well, there are multiple ways to tame dinosaurs. But since it is a beginner guide, we will learn the easy way. As you level-up, you will be able to craft a tool; tranquilizer dart, a poisonous dart, using it you can easily unconscious a dinosaur. For this, you need a stone arrow, narcotic(Narcoberry+spoiled meat[raw meat]) and simple rifle ammo. Since you are a beginner, we will learn the easy way.

1. Step 1.) Craft a punching weapon.
2. Step 2.) Unconscious the dinosaur
3. Step 3.) Put the food in its inventory until the taming bar reaches full

Let me explain in detail: –

The very first step you have to do tame a dinosaur in Ark Survival Evolved Mobile game is adducing that dinosaur unconscious. You can do it using these weapons: –

• Wooden Club
• Sling Shot(requires stone) – You can attack from a range
• Bow
• Crossbow
• Punching

I would recommend you to choose wooden club or slingshot if you are a beginner. Use these weapons and attack the dinosaur. Hit until it gets unconscious.

Once done, you will see the message “this dinosaur is now unconscious, put food to tame it”. You can not tame all dinosaurs. If it is written that “put food to tame”, then it means you can tame that dinosaur.

After it, tap the bag icon(at the top left corner) -> now, you have to put food to its inventory -> double tap to move food to dino’s inventory. If the dinosaur is herbivores, then put berries, fruits or other items. If not, then put meat. Note the name of Dino, search on Google to check either it is herbivores or carnivores.

Or simply put fruits and check either the dinosaur is eating or not. Then put the meat and check either it’s eating or not. You will see a taming bar at the top(put enough food to continue the process). When the taming bar reaches the maximum point, that dinosaur will wake up and follow you. Tame a flying creature to get more benefits. You can use harpoon launcher, bow, crossbow, slingshot-like weapons to make it unconscious. Or these flying creature often comes at the edge of the water to drink water. Keep an eye on them because these creatures will help you a lot; they are fast, transport medium.

• Multiplayer Guide

You can play Ark Survival Evolved Mobile game online in PvP mode. If you are playing single player mode, then you will have to exit the game first(don’t worry, it will not destroy the progress). Tab the bag icon at the top left corner, go to the last 2nd tab -> leave the ark.

Now, you are on the main screen. Tap the Join Online option and the game will prompt you to link it with Google Play Games account. Tap accept to continue. Once linked, tap the Join Online option again.

At the bottom-right corner, you can select the multiplayer mode; PvP or PvE(Player vs Environment – AI or creatures). At the top-left corner, check the name; if it is same as your Google Play Games account name, then it means your account is linked.

Now, you have to select a server. At the left side, tap one of the servers(maximum capacity is 50, if it is full, then you can not join). If seats are available then, tap it and at the top right corner, hit the join button. (if it is full, keep refreshing the list).

Make sure to note the server name(i.e. Raptor) because your progress will be saved only on that server. Yeah! You can join other too or create a new survivor. But if you don’t want to lose progress, don’t create a new survivor on that server. Getting Started With Multiplayer Mode

The very first step you have to do is create a character or survivor. Then start the game. It is same as the single-player mode. But in multiplayer, other players can kill you or steal the resources. Read the Ark Survival Evolved Mobile tips, cheats below to know how to protect.

What will happen if you leave the game(in multiplayer mode)?

You are offline. But not your character and other players. They can strike down the character and when you come back online, you may see the message in the log; survivor was killed by another survivor. Read the respawn guide for more information. But the progress(except inventory items) will never be erased even if you die in the game. To continue, go to the main screen -> join online -> select the same server -> spawn. • Respawn Guide

In single player or multiplayer, when you get died, you have only one chance to get the items back you collected. You will re-spawn at a random place, at the top-left corner, follow the navigation icon and find your dead body. Go to that green point and then you will get a bag. Wait until it gets decompressed and then collect the items.

#1.) Don’t forget to lock the usage

You can set a lock and restrict the usage for other players in multiplayer mode. For instance, you build a house and inside it, you have stored resources and you don’t want to lose it. You can lock the door. How to do that?

Look at the door(or aim), at the top-right corner, tap the menu icon -> then set lock -> create a new pin -> that’s it. Similarly, you can set the lock to other items like Campfire, tools, and more.

#2.) Build Necessary Things First

It would be better if you build a small house using thatch foundation(learn it using engrams). And to accomplish it, craft or build a weapon; to cut trees, destroy rocks, kill creatures. Here are structures you should build: –

• Sleeping Bag
• Thatched house
• Campfire
• Weapons; bow, arrow, spear, wooden club, stone pick, and more
• Storage – Because the inventory has limited slots and you can not store an unlimited number of items at a time. Build a storage and transfer some items there

#3.) Become The Forest King

If you tame a strong dinosaur in Ark Survival Evolved Mobile game, then no one will be able to defeat you. But to tame a strong dinosaur, you have to build a small dino team(to unconscious that strong dinosaur). Start from 1, then, 2, 3, 4, and build a dino team.
