On the home screen of the game, at the top-center, tap the + button next to the soul jades figure. This will open a new menu -> go to the pack tab -> it has three tabs; daily, weekly, and monthly. In all these tabs, you will get the free soul jades as a first-time reward.

First of all, you need to build a strong team. In a normal team, you can add up to six Bleach Immortal Soul characters. If you want to clear the waves quickly, go with this best composition: –

Sweep The Past Stages In Bleach Immortal Soul
