Try stockpile clearance remove some to make room for now. The more orders you complete the more permits or yellow cards you get. Hope that helps 🙂

everytime i use the gift code it always takes 5 less than it’s showing.
for example: I have 28 gems. I use the code 1c6, i get 5 times 10 gems (which is 50 in total). And my count isn’t 78 but 73. For the last few weeks this is happening. I’ve missed out a lot of gems cause of this.

The gift codes I believe are short changing the diamonds. I typically count the number of +5s I receive and today with code 928, I counted 40 times – 40 x 5 = 200 diamonds. I started the process with roughly 100 diamonds I believe and finished with 180, so not sure why it’s short changing

I have tried the last three codes for Androids and none of them work for me. JTZ, RZS, AND YTN. This is very frustrating as this game incentive is proving totally bogus. If this is not corrected then I will be leaving the game in a few days. It is no longer proving to be enjoyable for me.

Today’s codes are not working anymore; perhaps the limit has been reached. After the update 2.0.2 on Android and 1.3.2 on iOS, we cannot check whether the old codes have expired or not. Please update the app from Google Play Store and iOS App Store. These two codes(released on Feb 14th) are still working on the latest version of the game, if you have not redeemed them already, then do asap;

I have now purchased 4 times from the shop and each time I have to email the support team as the purchase does not work on the app but money has been taken from my account. It takes days for them to reply and one of the codes they sent does not work. Really love this game but this issue is putting me off. Can anything be done to resolve this?
