Overdrive City Guide, Tips: –
You will start by playing the career mode where you complete the chapters with increasing difficulty. The goal is to level up quickly, unlock all the cars, city buildings, facilities, etc. and expand the city further. You can visit friends’ towns and buy things. Let’s learn everything in detail and explore all the Overdrive City tips & tricks: –
Learn How To Get More Cars
As a first time player, you must be curious about how to get cars, how many cars are there, etc. As per the current version of the game, Overdrive City game features over 50 Cars. These cars are classified into six tiers; D, R, C, B, A, and S. There are common cars, rare cars, epic cars, and legendary cars. Higher the rarity, the more difficult it would be to get the car’s blueprints. D and R Tier Cars have max 5-Stars. B and C Tier Cars have maximum 6-Stars. And, A-S Tier Cars have a maximum of 7-stars.
Now, how do you get the cars?
In Overdrive City, the player needs to collect the blueprints of the car that he/she wants to unlock. You get the blueprints from the career mode stages, research center(unlocks at player level 7), as a log-in reward. On your base/car-town, tap the Car Center(the blue color building).
This will open the car center menu that features the complete list of cars featured in Overdrive City. Tap on the car banner whether it’s locked or not – tap the gree button to see how to get its blueprints.
Check Out The Research Center
Research Center is the building where the player can spend the research coins to buy blueprints of the cars. It features many slots where deals are shown to the player. These deals are refreshed every day and new cars’ blueprints become available. So the first tip we would give to you is to check the research center deals every day and grab the cars’ blueprints that you use the most. Since the deals are temporary, you should visit this section daily.
Level Up To Unlock New Buildings, Modes
To level up in Overdrive City, you need to collect the XP. In the upper-left corner, pay attention to the purple color level bar – it displays the number of experience points(XP) that you need to move to the next level. Tap this bar and on the next screen, you can check what next level unlocks. For example – level 8 unlocks race trial mode, level 10 unlocks truck depot. If you are wondering how to level up quickly, check out these Overdrive City tips: –
Level Up Quickly Here’s How
Performance Center – here you can service the cars to gain a huge amount of XP. It is one of the best ways to level up in the Overdrive City game. This building is on the right side of the car center building.
Production – produce the materials, tools or parts in the buildings. When the production is finished, claim the items and you will gain XP as a reward.
Achievements – tap the achievements building in the car town. There you can check the quests which grant XP and cash. Complete these quests to earn XP and level up quickly.
Collect The Gift Boxes From Cars
Now and then, cars give you gifts. There would be a gift box icon over the car running in the town. Keep an eye on it and tap it when it shows up. You may get free cash, credits, XP, etc.
Accept The Trade Offers
Now and then, cars running in the town give trade offers. There would be a shopping label over the car running in the car town. You can trade items for the credits.
Keep Producing The Products
Tools, Car’s Parts, and Materials are produced in the buildings like the factory, industrial, interior parts, body plant, battery plant, etc. Make sure to keep the production always on all the time. You will not only get the parts produced but also the XP.
In other words, keep all the production buildings busy all the time.
Which product should you produce? It depends on what you want – do you want to upgrade the car? Then produce the required parts. Do you want to complete the services of the cars in the performance center? Then check out the service quests and required parts – produce them and get a huge amount of XP.
Focus On The Career Mode
Initially, it’s better to focus on the career mode – clear the stages, earn blueprints and unlock all the free cars. Also, you get research points to spend in the research center for more cars’ blueprints.
Complete The Services
Do you need XP or Keys? Complete the services of the cars in the performance center.
Complete The Achievements
Do you need cash? XP? Complete the achievements to get.
Don’t Waste Credits & Cash
Do not waste cash on rushing the production or speeding up the production if you are a free-to-play player. Cash is hard to get and you must use it wisely – like getting new slot production in the buildings.
Do not spend credits, cash on decorations.
