Crystalborne: Heroes of Fate Guide, Tips & Tricks: –
In Crystalborne, you have to create a powerful squad of heroes to crush the enemies. In a squad, you can add up to 6 heroes; you can borrow the sixth hero from a friend and that hero will consider as a guest hero in the squad. You will start playing the campaign battles at the start of the game, which grants hero shards, EXP, level up material, gears, gems, etc. As you grind player EXP, your level will go up and new modes, functions will get unlocked. The campaign mode features over 5 chapters, each with so many stages to complete in normal, hard, and extreme difficulty level. Let’s learn everything in detail and explore all the Crystalborne: Heroes of Fate tips & tricks: –
Get Familiar With The Heroes In Crystalbrone Game
The first tip we would give to you is getting familiar with heroes so that you can properly use them in the battle based on the enemy’s weakness and strength. In Crystalborne, heroes belong to one of these six classes: –
- Physical Support
- Energy Support
- Physical Attacker
- Energy Attacker
- Physical Defender
- Energy Defender
The rarity of these heroes: –
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
The higher the rarity, the more difficult it would be to power up the hero with the shards because high-rarity heroes’ shards are hard to get. Now, let’s learn about the affinity: –
- Red
- Blue
- Green
- Yellow/Light
- Purple/Dark
All the heroes in Crystalborne belong to one of these five affinities; red, blue, green, light, and dark. Similarly, all the enemies belong to one of these affinities. Certain affinities work better against others.
- Red is strong against green
- Green is strong against blue
- Blue is strong against red
- Light and Dark are strong against each other
Use The Affinity System For Advantage
As said above, heroes and enemies belong to specific affinity and certain affinities are strong against others. If you build the team based on the strong affinity heroes, you will have an advantage in the battle.
All you need to do is inspect the enemy’s affinity before initiating the war. Go to the chapter screen in campaign mode -> select the stage -> on the right side of the screen, you will see the rewards tab and enemies tab.
Go to the enemies tab and long press on the enemy avatar to check his affinity. For example; suppose, the enemy’s affinity is blue.
Now, heroes belong to green affinity will perform better because green affinity is strong against blue affinity.
Learn How To Get Heroes And Shards
You can get heroes or their shards from the summoning menu where you can use the green gems or crystals. You also get one free summon daily. Gems can be obtained from the campaign missions, guild rewards, daily missions, quests. Also, you can get crystals by completing the quests.
Other than the summoning method, some heroes can be obtained by playing campaign mode missions.
Focus On The Grindable Heroes In Crystalborne
You need shards to power up the heroes. For example – Cyclone is one of the heroes in Crystalborne and to power him up, you need his 100 shards. There are some heroes or their shards Buithat you can earn by playing the game so that you would not need to spend thousands of gems on the summons. This is a f2p approach for the players who don’t spend money.
How to figure out the free heroes that you can obtain by playing the game? It’s simple.
Go to the heroes section of the game. This section displays the list of heroes of all tiers; Legendary Tier, Rare Tier, Common, Uncommon, Epic Tier. Tap the filter button on the bottom-right side to filter the heroes by class, rarity tier, stars, etc. Once done, tap the hero icon whether it’s locked or unlocked. Tap the find shards button.
Tapping the find shards button display you the source of heroes’ shards. It will show you the campaign stage from where you can obtain his/her shards. If it’s not grindable, it will not display any stage.
We would recommend you to focus on grindable epic rarity tier heroes.
Build The Balanced Heroes Team
There are supporters, defenders, and attackers. Attackers’ role is to inflict as much damage. Defenders role is to soak the damage. And, the supporters’ role is to support the allies during the battle. You have 5-6 slots for the heroes in the team –
- Must include 1 supporter with healing ability
- Attackers; energy or physical(3)(2)
- Defenders; energy or physical(2)
Make The Squad Strong
Level Up Heroes; you can grind XP in the campaign battles.
Upgrade their skills; you can use the duplicate hero or upgrade books to upgrade the skill of hero.
Gear Up; you can get better gears from the summon or by playing the game modes. Equip the best gear.
Upgrade Gears; you can upgrade the gears using silver coins.
Build Heroes; Infuse to get state boost.
Head to the hero profile and visit different tabs on the left to see all these options.
Complete The Daily Missions And Quests
Above the battle button in Crystalborne: Heroes of Fate game, tap the cute character to check out the daily missions and quests. Complete them for rewards like gems, XP, Speed-ups, Hero XP, etc.
Upgrade The Buildings, Research In Crystalborne
On the top-left, on the lobby, below the character avatar, tap the airship icon or research icon. Airship -> here you can collect green gems and silver coins now and then. Also, upgrade the buildings or facilities like crew deck, gem bay, silver bay, bounty board, etc. Tap the building to check its benefits. For example – Gem bay produces gems.
Crystalforge building increases max health.
Research – here you can research for buffs using the research data. You can obtain research data from the events, bounty hunts, etc.
You will find a lot of research centers there; for combat, guild, speed, economics, etc.
Join An Active Guild in Crystalborne
Tap the menu button in the upper-right corner -> guild -> there you can join a guild. If you have already joined a guild and want to leave, then go to the guild screen from the menu option in the top-right corner and on the guild screen, on the bottom-left side, tap the exit gate button. It’s important to join the guild for gifts and research benefits. Also, you can participate in the guild arena and on the guild conquest battle mode screen, you can capture the towers and expand the guild territory. This will boost your guild score.
Auto-Battle And Repeat The Stages
You can always repeat the cleared stages with the auto-battle option to grind rewards. If you are stuck, it’s better to clear the past stages and grind rewards/resources and use them in boosting the power of the squad.
