If you have been playing the Hotel Empire Tycoon game for a while now, you might have noticed the angry and annoying customers. These customers would have an angry/annoying symbol over their heads – it means that the customer had a bad experience in the hotel and he/she will continue expressing this reaction until he/she leaves the hotel. Why Customers Get Angry In Hotel Empire Tycoon?
There could be multiple reasons that make the customer angry. For example – if you don’t have any room available in the hotel – then customers will leave the hotel immediately and you will see an annoying symbol over their head. Another reason is slow service by the hotel – customers don’t like to wait for too long to book the hotel or get lunch/dinner in the restaurant. For example – if you have only one worker at Front Desk, then he can attend only one customer at a time. The rest of the customers will have to wait in the queue. Too much time in the queue makes the customer angry.
Another example – The chef at the restaurant can cook or attend two customers at a time. The rest of the customers will have to wait in the queue – too much time in the waiting line makes them angry – first, they will show the angry symbol. After that, an annoying symbol over their head will appear often until they leave the hotel.
Hire More Workers To Get Rid Of Angry And Annoying Customers
If you don’t want to make customers angry, then you can hire more workers. More workers in the staff means more customers can be served at a time. For example – hire workers at the front staff to attend more customers at a time. You will not get angry reactions from the customer at the front desk as long as the rooms are available for them.
Hire more chefs at the restaurant to serve more customers at a time. Hire more bartenders at the bar. Keep in mind that this will increase the expenses – so hire the workers where needed. Tap on a facility to check how many numbers of customers can be attended there at a time.
Upgrade The Parking Lot
The customers who visit the hotel through vehicles need to park their cars. If there is no parking slot available, they will not even stop at your hotel – you will see no parking symbol over their car. So upgrade the parking lot if you want to get rid of this situation.
Keep an eye on the customer to see his/her activities in the hotel to figure out the facility where you need more workers.

For a hospitality group having achieved several ISO standards like ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 20121, it does not mean that you cant return customers’ calls. This experience with your team has however left a bitter taste in my confidence.
