The first thing to do is download the TFT: Teamfight Tactics Mobile APK on your Android device. Go to the “tap.io” website and from there you can download the APK file. It’s around 44MB.

To login to the app, you need a Riot Account. If you don’t have a riot account, you can create now by following this link. This is the official link where you can create a Riot Account. Enter the Email Address, birth date, choose username, password and select the region “EU Nordic & East(English). Remember the username and password as you will need it in the game.

Open the TFT: Teamfight Tactics Mobile on your Android device -> tap Riot Account -> on the top-right corner, select the region; EU Nordic & East(English). Then enter the username and password. Sign in.

At the time of writing this post, the game is facing an overload issue as there is a large number of players all across the world trying to login. And, the game displays you the current position. Wait until your number come. It will take around half an hour – depending on your current position. It does show you the approximate Wait Time – but it’s not accurate. If you want to play, stay on the screen and wait in the queue.

TFT: Teamfight Tactics Mobile APK Download Size is around 44 MB. But after entering the account name, you will have to download a patch file. Its size is around 633 MB. Make sure you have an active internet connection – WI-FI is recommended.

Once you download the patch, the game will start. Hit the Play button to start playing. It will start with a tutorial match where you will play as a team of four characters – against the team of four characters. In the game, characters are called champions.

Pengu will guide your throughout the match. First, you pick the first champion from the Carousel. Champions fight automatically – all you need to do is place them on the board. You can buy champions from the shop in exchange for coins.
