The following Project Mugetsu Bankai Tier List ranks the currently available characters into these tiers;

Tier 1: OP[Overpowered]

Project Mugetsu Bankai Tier List Guide: Tier 1

Zanka No Tachi: Tier 1

Zanka No Tachi

Tier List Rank: Tier 1
Grade: Legendary
1st Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 40 to unlock this move. The user uses Zanjitsu Gokui, which engulfs the user in a crimson blaze and sends them rocketing toward their opponent at inhuman speeds where they release a lethal slash.
2nd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 45 to unlock this move. The user stabs Zanka no Tachi into the ground summoning charred skeletons and sending them after the opponent. While the skeletons deal much damage on contact, they do hold the opponent in place as they claw at them until they fall apart and despawn.
3rd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 50, The user wraps his entire body in flames causing any foes touching him to rapidly take damage. This lasts around 30 seconds, anyone in the AOE won’t regenerate stamina or health, and this also drains the opponent’s Reiatsu.
4th Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 60 to unlock this move. The user executes a downward slash while souching the blade to the ground and using the heat condensed within it to generate a large fissure on the floor, which then explodes with flames. This fissure covers a large portion of the ground that is infront of the user which will cause a massive amount of damage and burn damage to any opponent hitten by it.

Kamishini No Yari: Tier 2
Senbonzakura Kageyoshi: Tier 2

Grade: Rare
1st Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 40 to unlock this move. The user grabs the opponent with one hand before extending his blade to stab them through the chest and swinging his sword upward with the blade still inside them, flinging them off of it.
2nd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 45 to unlock this move. The user releases a barrage of slices in all directions.
3rd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 50 to unlock this move. The user extends his sword while simultaneously raising it vertically before slamming it into the ground and slicing anything under it.
4th Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 60 to unlock this move. The user takes a stranglehold stance before extending his blade delivering significant damage. If the attack lands, the opponent will have a blade fragment which may be activated by the user by pressing the key once again in order to start the lethal poison he implanted with this move. (Poison effect, temporarily slows opponent and drains hp).

Senbonzakura Kageyoshi

Tier List Rank: Tier 2
Grade: Rare
1st Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 40 to unlock this move. Senbonzakura fragments into a sword before vanishing in a burst of speed reappearing behind the opponent to slash them across the back.
2nd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 45 to unlock this move. The user combines the blade fragments of his Bankai together to form a large dome of swords that surrounds him and the opponent
3rd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 50 to unlock this move. The user summons a swarm of blade fragments to surround the opponent, the fragments form into a large sphere that traps the apponent, before the sphere quickly shrinks and comes to the opponent in order to repeatedly clash them.
4th Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 60 to unlock this move. The user’s blade fragments, and reforms into a dome of glowing swords that surrounds the user and his opponent. User then grabs a sword from the dome as the rest of the blades dissolve into fragments.

Daiguren Hyorinmaru: Tier 3

Grade: Uncommon
1st Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 40 to unlock this move. The user forms a serpentine dragon out of ice and sends it rushing towards the opponent, damaging and freezing them on contact. The user can change the direction that the dragon moves in mid-rush.
2nd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 45 to unlock this move. The user flies forward with his sword extended to stab the opponent. If he enters in contact, the user impales the opponent, before flash-freezing them in ice to leave them momentarily unable to move.
3rd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 50 to unlock this move. The user jumps in the air and summons giant ice pillars which makes a spiral around the opponent, and then causes all the pillars to quickly dose in and crush the opponent.
4th Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 60 to unlock this move. The user jumps in the air and opens up a hole in the clouds above him causing a barrage of snow to rain down on the opponent. This causes frozen flowers to bloom all over the opponent’s body, damaging and leaving the opponent completely frozen during a few seconds.

Tensa Zangetsu: Tier 4

Tier List Rank: Tier 4
Grade: Common
1st Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 40 to unlock this move. The user flails his blade around, firing a barrage of red and black energy waves at the opponent which expands the further it travels.
2nd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 45 to unlock this move. The user jumps in the air and after unleashing a flurry of strikes in all directions, the user takes one final swing, resulting in a barrage of strikes in one succession.
3rd Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 50 to unlock this move. The user moves quickly behind the opponent (that he aims at) and then hits him violently in the air.
4th Move: Your Zanpakuto Evolution Level must be at least 60 to unlock this move. The user swings Zangetsu’s blade downward, firing wave of energy at the opponent.
