Undawn Homestead
Your home shelter or Homestead is located in the Redwood Forest area. Click/Tap on the map in the top-right corner -> frequent locations -> Outpost Homestead. This is the place where you can build a shelter. At the beginning of the game, there is not much in the shelter. You must build walls, floors, rooftops, structures, defense, furniture items, etc. Upgrading the Homestead level unlocks new furniture items, structure upgrades, etc.
Undawn Homestead: Furniture Items Types
- Plants
- Interior
- Appliances
- Decorations
- Store
- Production
Plants, interiors, appliances, and decorations are decorations. Store items are useful; you can store items in these facilities. Production facilities are a must, and each one has unique features:
- Blueprint Drafting Table
- Workbench: craft weapons, defenses, drones, and survival equipment
- Equipment Repair Table: Repair the worn-out weapons and armor here
- Construction Workbench: Craft structures and furniture
- Raw Material Workbench: Craft special materials
- Grill: Cook food; there is a ton of recipes in the Undawn
- Mechanic Station: Craft vehicles like Motorcycles, Sports cars
- Gene Workbench
- Deconstruction Bench: Dismantle items
Undawn Homestead Ratings
Better and high-quality + high-level structures and furniture items in the shelter increase your Homestead ratings. Deploy defenses[craft with workbench] in the shelter to increase defense rating, ultimately improving homestead ratings.
How To Upgrade Homestead In Undawn?
Visit the Homestead or shelter. Near the gate or Homestead, there would be a Homestead Sign. Go close to it and click on the Homestead management option.
Click on the upgrade button above the identity name[Homestead name].
You will need a certain amount of specific resources to finish the upgrade. At each subsequent level, you will need rarer and hard to obtain resources. When you upgrade the Homestead, the character max level cap increases. Also, you will unlock new build formulas, blueprints, farmland grids, new floors, etc.
Homestead Ratings Or Scores Of Items
Go inside the Homestead and enter the build mode. Select an item; structure, interior, or furniture. After you select an item, the game will show you its score in the top-left corner.
Homestead Templates
Enter the build mode and click on the Homestead template option to see pre-designed layouts or designs or templates. There is a great collection of templates that you can quickly build if you have the required resources. After you click this option, a new screen will open where you can see all the pre-designed Homesteads. Click on the view materials option in the lower left after selecting a particular template to get details on the materials required.
To check your score, either interact with the Homestead sign or enter the build mode. In the top-left corner[when in build mode], you can check the total build score, maximum height limit, structure quality, furniture quality, and defense quality.
Homestead Enhancements
Enter the build mode. Choose structure. Then select the enhance option. Then aim over the structure that you want to enhance and click on the enhance option. You can increase the floor level wall level by enhancing. It will cost a certain amount of specific material items.
