Undawn Farming & Gathering Guide For Beginners
Farming or gathering material items is one of the main aspects of the Undawn game. At the beginning of the game, you can farm or gather a dozen of material items in the Redwood Forest. Click or tap on the main in the top-right corner. Tap on Redwood Forest. Choose Redwood Outpost and go there. Once there, click or tap on the map in the top-right corner. Tap on the leaf tab to see the list of items available there. In Redwood Forest, you can gather many items by chopping trees, mining ores, gathering linen, hunting meats, and collecting wild berries. Each item has a unique icon and is marked on the map; tap/click on the eye icon next to the item name to show/hide it on the map.
In Redwood Forest, you can get wood, cedar bark, and redwood cedar by chopping the trees. Interact with the tree and start chopping it. Cedar Bark and Redwood Cedar are the two rare items. Or the secondary resource items, there is no guarantee that you will get cedar bark or redwood cedar each time you chop a tree in Redwood Forest. Keep chopping; you will occasionally get these items based on the luck or tool’s level.
Use the pickaxe to mine or break down the ores like Hematite to obtain the stone, iron ore, or phlogopite. Navigate to the leaf points on the map to gather plants, common flaxseed, and common flax fibers. Hunt down the animals like bears and wolves to obtain the meat, tattered animal hide, and animal tooths.
Tools Required For Gathering & Farming In Undawn
Axe, Pickaxe, and Fishing Rod are the three main tools to gather or farm or mine, or fish in the Undawn. Click on the Craft option on the left to open the crafting menu. Or click menu -> craft. Select a tool and tap/click on the craft button.
How To Increase Level Of Tools Like AXE, Pickaxe, And Fishing Rod?
To unlock level 2 AXE/Pickaxe/Fishing Rod, you need to reach level 30. Reach level 50 to unlock level 3 of these tools. Level 4 AXE/Pickaxe/Fishing Rod unlocks at level 70. At character level 90, level 5 of AXE/Pickaxe/Fishing Rod unlocks. And, level 6 AXE/Pickaxe/Fishing Rod unlocks at level 100. These tools are meant for chopping trees, mining ores, and fishing. Don’t use these tools in combat, especially against high-level combat.
